Zoe Crampton, Senior Consultant ______________________________________
Zoe has recently joined Volterra Middle East as a Senior Consultant where she will be working with Said Hirsh. She holds a degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham. Zoe will be working on a range of projects in the Middle East utilising her skills in economic development and analysis, strategic planning and commercial property.
She is an experienced project manager, having joined Volterra from DTZ where she worked for four and a half years within the Development, Regeneration and Planning team based in London.

Whilst at DTZ Zoe was involved in, and led, a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients across the following core areas:
- Regeneration and Development |
> Town Centre and site specific masterplans and development strategies involving property market research, socio-economic profiling, delivery and development advice for both public and private sector clients.
- Strategic and Forward Planning |
> Evidence based research including quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform forward planning policies in relation to economic development, provision of employment land and housing markets on behalf of public sector clients
- Economic Impact and Feasibility Studies |
> Supporting statements for planning applications demonstrating the quantitative and qualitative economic benefits of proposed schemes, business plan and feasibility studies for business/enterprise centres
- Experience in the Middle East |
> Urban Development Plans for Bahrain and Ajman (UAE) involving economic sector profiling and forecasting, demographic and housing profiling and forecasting, development of future growth scenarios and translation to land requirements to accommodate employment sectors, development management and planning process advice including best practice.
