Volterra's chairman and founding director Bridget Rosewell was the Consultant Chief Economist to the GLA (2002-2008). She founded Business Strategies Ltd just over ten years ago and has also been an advisor to the Treasury's Select Committee on monetary policy. Volterra's other founding director, Paul Ormerod, is author of three best-selling books on economics for the general public, the Death of Economics, Butterfly Economics and Why Most Things Fail. Paul was a founding director of the Henley Centre for Forecasting where he pioneered the use of many quantitative techniques of analysis in marketing. Will Cook is Head of Basel Solutions and has headed the company's development of a market-leading position in this field.
