Arriyadh Development CompanyVolterra Middle East was appointed by the Arriyadh Development Company (ARDCO) to review work undertaken by Urbis in terms of re-development of the Duhaira district in Riyadh. This involved conducting further analysis in terms of economic context, market demand and financial feasibility as well as providing pre-marketing support.

Volterra Middle East were the overall project managers, but the work was undertaken in association with Colin Buchanan, Strutt and Parker and EC Harris.
