For the Wates Group, Volterra prepared the economic case to support housing and office development at Burgess Hill, in Sussex.
Initally using Volterra's Location Dynamics system we identified what Burgess Hill is like now, found it's comparators in the UK, and then underwent scenario analysis to show what type of place Burgess Hill could become with certain levels and types of housing and employment development in the area.
