World Bank , Investment in ICT for Developing Countries _____________________
Volterra worked jointly with Enlightenment Economics on a project comissioned by the World Bank on the effects of investment in ICT for developing countries.
We used our technique of Tacit Knowledge Mapping to assess relevant aspects of an economy such as existing ICT infrastructure, skills, institutional quality etc.
We also assessed how these aspects of the economy may effect the most appropriate ICT policy (physical, content, devices, skills, regulation) for investment consideration.
