Date set for CPO for the Croydon Gateway Site

Croydon Council have started the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process for part of the Gateway site next to East Croydon station. The inquiry will begin on 18 September 2007. Since 2005 Volterra have been helping Arrowcroft, the Council’s development partners, in their proposals for a mixed use development including a 12,500 seat Arena on the Gateway site. The development has at its heart the desire to regenerate, rebrand and change perceptions of Croydon.

He has been with the company for seven years and has been instrumental in developing our Basel business where we have established unparalleled expertise in dealing with the complex issues of measuring the risk of default and other key elements in this process. Amy presents at the Rockingham Speedway in Corby

Volterra have been working closely with Bee Bee developments in North Northamptonshire to understand the economic impacts of housing growth planned for the region.  Our analysis has considered the challenges and opportunities ahead as the growth agenda kicks in, set alongside the current economic climate.  Amy was invited to present the key findings at a seminar hosted by the Allied Irish Bank at the speedway on the 21st June to interested stakeholders and local business people.  Click here to view slides.
