Volterra's economists work on-site at Strutt & Parker to produce a set of pre-specified deliverables as well as bespoke research pieces to support specific projects. The pre-specified deliverables include:
- Presenting at Prospects for Property, an annual event considered to be the best review of the property market held in London
- Presenting at the quarterly S&P partners events
- Quarterly economic newsletter, which is circulated to Strutt & Parker’s clients
- Rental growth forecasts updated bi-annually
- Full management of the subscribed IPD data
